Sourcing Exercise for Establishment of Price Agreement 2026

In line with its commitment to ensuring effective and efficient procurement arrangements, Yayasan PETRONAS is undertaking a sourcing exercise to establish a Price Agreement for the supply of goods and services. This exercise aims to engage capable vendors who can support the delivery of Yayasan PETRONAS’ contribution initiatives.

Project Overview

Sourcing Exercise for Establishment of Price Agreement – Supply of Goods and Services in support of Yayasan PETRONAS’ Contribution Initiatives.

Yayasan PETRONAS (“YP”) invites capable and qualified vendors to participate in a sourcing exercise for the establishment of a Price Agreement for the supply of goods and services in support of YP’s contribution initiatives.

Through this exercise, YP seeks to appoint vendors to support its contribution programmes, including Uplifting Lives Festive (ULF) and Disaster Relief Contributions, by supplying the required goods and services in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents.

Who is Eligible to Apply?

Vendors to be considered under this sourcing exercise comprise the following categories:

  1. Hypermarkets
  2. Supermarkets
  3. Regional distributors or wholesalers with physical retail or distribution presence

Important Dates to Remember

Proposal Submission Deadline : 13 April 2026 (Monday), 5.00 p.m.

Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will not be considered.

Interested vendors are advised to review the RFQ documents carefully prior to submitting their participation.

Documents to Be Submitted

A. Technical Proposal
The Technical Proposal must not contain any pricing or commercial information and shall include:

  • Completed Bid Proposal Questionnaires (all sections fully completed);
  • All supporting documents required to substantiate the information provided;
  • Any deviations or exceptions to the Terms and Conditions, if applicable (clearly stated); and
  • Completed KYC Self-Declaration Questionnaire (Appendix).

B. Commercial Proposal
The Commercial Proposal shall include:

  • A completed Price Sheet, prepared strictly in accordance with the prescribed format and quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), inclusive of applicable costs and charges.
